During this four week class, we will explore how cultivating self-compassion, making mindful food choices, and slowing down and savoring your favorite foods can transform your relationship with food. You will learn mindfulness strategies for tuning into your body to gauge your true hunger and to guide you in choosing when, what and how much you eat. These simple but powerful tools can help to curb mindless eating and manage cravings and overeating.
