During this four week tele-class, we will explore factors that sabotage healthy eating and mindfulness strategies to help you get back on track. You will learn strategies for tuning into your body to gauge your true hunger and to guide you in choosing when, what and how much you eat. These simple but powerful tools can help to curb mindless eating and manage cravings and overeating. Mindful eating is a natural, intuitive, interesting and enjoyable way to regulate your eating without restrictive dieting.
