If you answered “yes” to any of these questions and would like to heal your relationship with food and your body, this 10 week group is for you. In a recent study, the Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating for Binge Eating, helped participants go from severe binge eating to a non-bingeing level in just ten weeks. Sessions will be facilitated by Dr. Theresa Sharpe, a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience.
