If you answered “yes” to any of these questions and would like to heal your relationship with food and your body, this 10 week group is for you. In a recent study, the Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating for Binge Eating, helped participants go from severe binge eating to a non-binging level in just ten weeks. This group is also very beneficial for individuals who want to break free from emotional eating patterns. Sessions will be facilitated by Dr. Theresa Sharpe, a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience.

Investment: $355 includes 10 weekly two hour group meetings, the “Am I Hungry for Binge Eating” book and workbook, access to the Am I Hungry on-line patient forum, a weekly 15 minute individual phone consult with Dr. Theresa Sharpe, weekly email support, and a bonus mindful eating mini-retreat.
