Individual Counseling Services

As of June 1st,  I am moving to a new office at 4444 Corona Drive, Suite 118, Corpus Christi, TX 78411.    I have a limited private practice and see clients ONLY on weekday evenings and Saturdays.    I am  accepting new clients.

Fees for Services
My office is a private pay practice which means that you are responsible for paying for services at the time that they are received.   I do not accept insurance.  Payment may be made by check, cash or credit card.

Cancellation policy
I kindly ask that you cancel 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment.  I have a limited number of appointment slots available each week and this allows me to offer the cancelled appointment time to another client.  There is a $50 fee for missed appointments.

Group Counseling and Classes:

Mindful Eating for Emotional and Binge Eaters:  A 10 Week Group for Healing Your Relationship with Food and Your Body.   This is a special mindful eating class for individuals who struggle with emotional and/or binge eating.   The next session will start on June 8th.

PERSONAL RENEWAL GROUPS FOR WOMEN
Personal renewal groups offer  resources for creating balance from the inside-out, strategies and insights for self-renewal, ways to reconnect with “who you are,”   and meaningful connections with other women.   These are structured life coaching groups for women in all life stages.   Groups meet one night a month for six months.   The next group will meet on the third Monday of each month starting on July 17th.

Mindful Eating for Bariatric Surgery: An 8 Week Workshop Series
Resolve the mindless habits and emotional eating issues that lead to problems after bariatric surgery. Next session starts in September.
