More Mindful Eating – Coming Soon

This four week class builds upon the mindful eating tools introduced in ” A Month of Mindful Eating: Part I”  and provides on-going support for incorporating these tools into your daily life. Special topics will include coping with cravings, satisfying heart hunger, and mindful eating during the holidays.  A wonderful class for students who have completed  “A Month of Mindful Eating” or an equivalent course.
